Turtite cu branza de vaci si tarate de ovaz

Ingrediente:

100 gr barnza de vaci

1 albus

1 priza de sare

3 linguri  tarate de ovaz

Preparare:

Albusul il batem spuma apoi il amestecam cu celelalte ingrediente.

Tapetam un vas cu hartie de copt si punem compozitia gramajoare, cat mai egale, pe care putem presara chimen.

Punem vasul in cuptor la foc moderat, pe treapta cea mai de sus a cuptorului, si coacem pana se rumenesc, aproximativ 20-30 minute.

Turtitele sunt dietetice si gustoase.Pofta buna!
